Reiki

I discovered reiki in the 1990s when I lived in Los Angeles and it has provided me with profound healing over the years. After I became a doula, I decided to train to provide it to not just my clients, but everyone. Originating in Japan in 1922, Reiki loosely translates to ‘Universal Energy’ and is an energy healing modality that provides relaxation and healing.  

I work with clients in person and from a distance to help them regain balance in their energy and go from coping to thriving.
